Whenever I go to use my foot massager, controlled with the Nekteck app on my iPhone, I have to log in again. The app says “ don’t have an account yet? Sign up or sign in” This spoils the whole experience as the password is not pre populated. In these days of cyber attacks, all our passwords are complex and unique. Not something I expect to have to enter every time I use a foot massager. Please change the app to remain logged in

Hello, so when we bought the foot massager off of amazon I was trying to buy it to help her plantar fasciitis then when she used it for the first time the massagers didn’t massage up in her arch where plantar normally is. On amazon in the description it says this can help with plantar fasciitis but how can it help if it doesn’t massage where it needs to? But otherwise this foot massager is super relaxing and great for people who play sports to massage your feet with after.
