App keeps logging off

Whenever I go to use my foot massager, controlled with the Nekteck app on my iPhone, I have to log in again. The app says “ don’t have an account yet? Sign up or sign in”
This spoils the whole experience as the password is not pre populated. In these days of cyber attacks, all our passwords are complex and unique. Not something I expect to have to enter every time I use a foot massager.
Please change the app to remain logged in

Just to clarify, the app is designed to keep you logged in for 7 days. As long as you open the app during that time, your login will stay active. If you’re asked to sign in again, it usually means the session has expired (for example, the app wasn’t opened for more than 7 days or the system cleared the session).
